Very impressed with Chis’ professionalism and his craftsmanship. We communicated through the online form on a Wednesday, he gave me several choices of days and times when we could schedule an in house visit to see the extent of the project. That day he texted the time he would arrive and he was right on time. He said he could take care of the problem in a couple of hours and he did a great job!

Chris was prompt, able to quickly assess the area to provide a quote, and provide same day service. It is very difficult to find someone available to repair pre-existing carpet so I was happy to find him online. He did a great job hiding seams, replacing padding, tack strips, putting in a threshold, repairing a rip, and stretching the carpet. It wasn’t a small area and he got it done in 2.5 hours. He cleaned up after himself and was mindful while working. Cost was also reasonable given the materials, tools, and labor required.
